My aim is simple: To help neurodivergent people move from surviving to thriving.
Neurodiversity & ADHD Coaching.
I am a qualified ADHD coach who supports neurodivergent/neurodiverse individuals to better understand their minds, develop practical strategies, and build lives that work for them. Alongside my professional training, I bring lived experience of neurodivergence within myself and my family, which gives me a deep understanding of both the strengths and the real-world challenges that can come with ADHD and other neurodiversity (ND).
Many people who are neurodivergent (ND) and ADHD grow up feeling misunderstood or believing they are somehow failing at things that seem easy for others. In reality, ND and ADHD are not about a lack of intelligence, motivation, or capability – it is about having a brain that processes information, attention, and regulation differently.
What ND and ADHD Coaching Supports
ND and ADHD coaching is a collaborative and supportive process that focuses on helping individuals develop practical strategies tailored to how their brain works.
Together we may work on areas such as:
• understanding how ND and ADHD affects your daily life
• improving organisation and time management
• building sustainable routines and structures
• developing strategies for focus and task completion
• managing overwhelm and reducing burnout
• strengthening emotional regulation
• building confidence and self-awareness
• navigating work, education, relationships, and responsibilities
Rather than trying to “fix” ND and ADHD, coaching focuses on working with your brain, not against it.
A Strengths-Based Approach
My approach combines professional ND and ADHD coaching training with personal insight from lived neurodivergent experience. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel understood and supported as they explore what works best for them.
ND and ADHD coaching is not therapy and does not diagnose or treat ND and ADHD. Instead, it focuses on forward-looking, practical support that helps people move from feeling stuck to feeling capable and empowered.
Whether you have a formal ND and ADHD diagnosis, are exploring the possibility of ND and ADHD, or simply recognise that traditional approaches have not worked for you, coaching can help you create meaningful and sustainable change.
I have lived experience of neurodivergence within myself and my family.
Through my own journey, I have seen first-hand both the challenges and the incredible strengths that come with ADHD and neurodivergent thinking. Like many people, I have experienced the frustration of trying to fit into systems that were not designed for how our brains work.
This personal insight, alongside my coaching training, allows me to bring both understanding and practical support to the people I work with.
I am passionate about helping neurodivergent individuals move away from self-criticism and overwhelm, and towards greater self-awareness, confidence, and sustainable strategies that genuinely work for them.
My coaching approach is supportive, strengths-based, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where clients feel understood, accepted, and empowered to explore how they can work with their brain rather than constantly fighting against it.
I believe that when people truly understand their ADHD and neurodivergence, they can begin to build
lives that are not only manageable, but fulfilling and aligned with who they are.
